In 1932, the Pickwick Stage Lines was purchased by Greyhound Bus which meant that all buses in the Pickwick fleet, including all of the Nite Coach models, were repainted to reflect their new ownership. To commemorate this historical fact in the Nite Coach's history, we now offer the officially licensed version of this historical version in a matching limited-edition of 100 numbered units. Since only two paint schemes were ever really used on this infamous bus, this will be the last model offered by Retro 1-2-3. Once again, we have been fortunate enough to secure an official license from Greyhound Lines to now produce the Greyhound version of this famous bus. As with the Greyhound Motorcoach model, we have used the original color schemes and officials logos of Greyhound Lines to provide you with an authentic rendition of this truly unique design. As with the Pickwick version, the rear spare tire storage compartment door has authentic dimensional stamped-in lettering for Pickwick Greyhound Lines and we once again include the ingenious slide-out engine compartment. Like the original Pickwick Nite Coach model, the Greyhound Nite Coach is an impressively huge model measuring 10"H x 8"W x 32.5"L.
